1967 Chevrolet Chevy II 2-Door Sedan
The original owner purchased the car from a small town Chevrolet dealership in Rangely, Colorado. After approximately 60,000 original miles the car was sold to the second owner in the late 80”s. The second owner, who was a friend of the third owner, began the restoration. After three years the second owner sold the car and the third owner finished the restoration. The restoration began with a very clean rust free car. The only body damage was four bullet holes in the rear quarter panels (Welcome to Colorado). Since the restoration the car has been always maintained in an n enclosed garage and only driven to car shows and a track test run achieving a 14.34. Less than 5,000 miles are on the current Engine/Drivetrain since restoration. The car originally had a 6-cylinder engine with a 2-speed powerglide transmission. The current Engine/drivetrain is a 283 (1968 Malibu) bored 30 over with milled, ported and flow tested 194 double hump heads, Edelbrock intake and carburetor, 268 Comp cam, roller rockers, 10/10 cast polished crankshaft, 4L60 4 speed overdrive transmission (1998 Chevrolet Truck) with a manual lockup 2400 rpm stall torque convertor, 4.10 locker rear differential and Weld SS wheel.
