1948 ROLLS ROYCE SILVER WRAITH JAMES YOUNG DROPHEAD

1948 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith James Young Drophead
Chassis no. WCB50
Delivered new in 1948 to John Mills, the Silver Wraith was the first model to be produced after World War II carrying the Rolls-Royce radiator. Silver Wraith was in production for a total of fourteen years, carrying on for four years after the introduction of the Silver Cloud, but ceased with the advent of the Phantom V. Many devotees of the marque think of the stately Silver Wraith as being the last real Rolls-Royce.
